Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience at ProLive.tv. If for any reason you're not happy with our service, please take a look at our refund policy below.

 

1. Subscription Refunds
If you're new to ProLive.tv and not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your subscription. Simply reach out to us at [email protected] to request your refund.

 

After the 7-day period, refunds will no longer be available, but you can continue to enjoy your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

 

2. Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your subscription after the 7-day period, you'll still have access to all features until the end of your billing cycle. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for any time used beyond the initial 7 days.

 

3. Payment Errors
In case of any payment issues or errors, get in touch with us right away. We’ll do our best to sort things out, and if needed, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

 

4. Promotional Subscriptions
Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions are treated the same as regular subscriptions. You have 7 days to request a refund if you're not satisfied. After that, no refunds will be issued, but you can continue using the service for the remainder of your billing period.

 

5. Non-Refundable Fees
Some fees, like late payment fees or charges for additional services outside the standard subscription, are not refundable.

 

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected]. Please include your account details and reason for the refund request. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

7. Policy Changes
We may update or change our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and the new policy will take effect immediately.
